4️⃣ 紙本報名表 | Paper Registration Form

將紙本報名表 列印、剪下並填寫，貼在參賽作品背面。

Print, cut, and fill out the paper form. Adhere it to the back of your painting.

5️⃣ 繳交作品 | Submit Artwork

【參賽規則 Entry Rules】

1️⃣ 題目 | Theme
美麗的寶島
Formosa – Beautiful Island

2️⃣ 報名表 | Registration Form
請上網填寫 報名表 (含授權同意書)。
All contestants must complete the registration and waiver form online.

3️⃣ 作品規格 | Drawing Specifications
尺寸：14” x 17” 以內
材料不限：素描、彩色鉛筆、粉彩、水彩、壓克力、國畫、油畫均可
不接受：3D 作品與電腦繪圖
Dimensions: under 14” x 17”.
Accepted media: pencil, colored pencil, pastel, watercolor, acrylic, Chinese painting, and oil painting.
Not accepted: 3D artworks and digital drawings.

4️⃣ 標示規定 | Labeling
所有參賽作品背面須貼有 紙本報名表
All entries must have the paper registration form adhered on the backside of the artwork.

5️⃣ 署名限制 | No Signature
作品正面不得書寫或標記作者姓名。
Please do not write your name on the front side of your drawing.

6️⃣ 領取作品 | Artwork Pick-up
得獎作品：可於 頒獎典禮結束後 領取。
其他作品：可於 10/18 (週六) 1:30 pm - 5 pm & 10/25 (週六) 1:30 pm - 5 pm 在南灣華僑文教中心圖書館領取。

主辦單位將以 Email 通知學生領件事宜。
Winning artworks: available for pick-up right after the award ceremony.
Other artworks: available for pick-up on October 18 1:30 pm - 5 pm & October 25 1:30 pm - 5 pm (Saturday) at the Culture Center of Taipei Economic and Culture Office in SF (Milpitas) in the Library.

Students will receive pick-up notifications via email.

【評審方式 Judging and Determinations】

1️⃣ 評審流程 | Judging Process 

主辦單位將邀請 專業評審，依照評分標準選出各組前三名。 

評審結果為主辦單位之最終決議，不得異議。 

所有參賽作品必須為原創，仿冒或抄襲作品將取消資格。

Professional judges will be invited to select the top three winners in each group according to the criteria below.

All results are final and determined by the organizer.

All entries must be original; counterfeit or plagiarized works will be disqualified.

2️⃣ 評分標準 | Criteria

主題準確 Theme Relativity：40%
創意 Creativity：25%
技巧 Technique：35%

3️⃣ 作品規範 | Originality Requirement

作品 不可抄襲或複製網路內容，一經發現將立即取消參賽資格。
All entries must be original works. Any plagiarism, tampering, or disruption will result in disqualification.

【公佈日期 Results】

獲獎學生名單將於2025年10月2日以後，公佈於北加州中文學校聯合會網站（www.anccs.org）。得獎同學會收到email 通知參加頒獎典禮。

Please check our website www.anccs.org after 10/02/2025 for final results. Students made it to the finalist will be informed via email to attend the award ceremony.
