ANCCS is a non-profit organization, and shall not engage in any political activities. The mission of the association is to provide services and coordination among its member schools in order to:  

• Promote Chinese language and cultural heritage

• Disseminate educational information amongst members

• Enhance mainstream and community interaction

Membership

ANCCS membership is open to all Chinese schools in the Bay Area that meet the following criteria:

• It is a formal organization officially registered with the government

• Chinese language classes must be held at a public building on a regular basis

• It must promote the mission of this association
