主旨: 為弘揚中華文化珠心算教育並提供公正客觀的評鑑標準，並因
南加州學子需求增加，本會擬比照歷年來依南北加州與美中中文學校聯合會合作模式，為北加州學童公開辦理檢定事宜．請 貴會一併通知所屬中文學校，並予公佈．
說明: （一） 本會為聯邦註冊之501 (c)(3) 非營利團體系．附本會簡
介以供參考．
（二） 本會自接辦第三屆珠心算檢定起，與北加州中文學校聯
合會合作多年，至今已進入第十五屆，評鑑方式及結果反應極佳．
（三） 海峽兩岸各有民間團體或政府專案推廣珠心算，東南亞國家亦有引入珠心算教育，南加州華人子弟學習者也逐年增加．
（四） 珠心算文化教育除了介紹珠算，心算之運用及應用，更進而啟發兒童潛能，開發良好的教學性向．
（五） 隨函附上檢定海報，須知，報名表格等請轉發所屬會員學校，並請鼓勵學生老師踴躍參加．
