2. 三月十一日理事會開會地點在美國華語電台

3. 常務會員學校每年四次理事常會中，至少必需出席三次，以保持常務會員學校資格。
謹將本會組織章程第三章第二、三、八條臚列如下，敬請查照。
第二條：兩位(會員)學校代表之一應由該校校長或其之指定人擔任。(本會)現 任會長及副會長不得擔任學校代表。
第三條：會員學校代表之嬗遞應書面通知本會。
第八條：(本會)會議所需開會議決法定人數訂為，超過四分之一之常務會員學 校。各常務會員代表可由被指定人出具委任狀行使投票權。
